By accessing or using BoatRealm, the Test the Waters marketplace, and any HullFacts reports (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

BoatRealm is a neutral platform that hosts vessel logbooks, marketplace listings, and service-record delivery. BoatRealm does not own, inspect, or broker the vessels listed, and does not independently verify listing ownership, seller identity, or the accuracy of any service record. All information is provided by the vessel's owner or their agent.

Buyers are responsible for performing their own due diligence, including surveys, sea trials, and title verification, before completing any purchase.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. BoatRealm may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Sellers may list vessels for free. You represent that you are authorized to list the vessel and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for the content of your listing, including photos, specifications, and descriptions generated or refined using BoatRealm's AI tools.

Service records are entered by the vessel's owner, or by a service provider through the boat's service QR code. When you add a boat to BoatRealm, you allow BoatRealm to sell a read-only HullFacts report of that boat's service log to people who look up its hull number, such as buyers, dealers, lenders and insurers. Reports never include your name, contact details or receipt images, and leave out costs unless you choose to include them. You are emailed each time a report is bought. You can switch any boat to approving each request yourself, under Edit boat. The report price is shown before purchase, and BoatRealm keeps the report fee.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting false or misleading listings, scraping data, attempting to access other users' data, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoatRealm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any transaction conducted through them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
